the property is clean, rooms are warm. the host, kate, makes you feel at home. great service is a plus. the place has a microwave oven, a refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities etc. breakfast consists of lots of meals, including coffee, slices of fresh bread, fruit and tea.

The apartment is clean and conveniently located next to the river and Launceston. The staff is helpful, and there is a quiet atmosphere. The room has a very comfortable single bed and amenities like a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets are available. The breakfast includes toast and Kellogg's cereals. I would definitely recommend this place.

Rooms have great views. A few seconds walk from albert hall nearby. One of the restaurants, balmoral on york, was within walking distance to the apartment. We stayed very close to Launceston airport, 15 km...

We loved our accommodation and recommend it to our friends. The bathroom was equipped with a shower. Albert hall is right next to this place, so it’s an ideal base for exploring it.
